Grill Deep Clean Process:
- Soak: We soak your grill racks and flavor bars in degreaser, scrub them clean, and wash them thoroughly.
- Complete De-greasing: We remove grease and as much carbon as possible from the entire exterior, interior, and underneath of the grill to ensure safer, healthier grilling.
- Exterior Polish: Lastly, we wipe everything down with water and polish the entire grill.
Smoker Deep Clean Process:
Our process has been developed to leave the smoker seasoned so the cleaning won't affect flavor.
- Hopper: Clean out sawdust/buildup from hopper to preserve auger
- Racks: Deep clean with non-caustic degreaser and non-abrasive brush
- Interior/Exterior: Degrease and remove carbon buildup to enhance both heat and air flow for better cooking
- Polish & Liners: Complete polish of the exterior, we line drip tray and bucket with tinfoil for easier cleanup
Either process typically takes between 2-2.5 hours. We serve the greater Salt Lake Valley, Utah Valley, and Park City areas.
